Apartment Life

As Apartment Life Coordinators and New Addition Community Church Ministry, our focus is Caring, Connecting, and Engaging residents whom we serve.
At Apartment Life, we believe that genuine community begins with care. We intentionally build relationships with residents by creating welcoming spaces where people feel seen, valued, and supported. Through meaningful conversations, resident events, and acts of kindness, we connect neighbors and to a greater sense of belonging. Our goal is to engage the community in ways that foster trust, hope, and togetherness—transforming apartment living into a place where life, faith, and friendship naturally grow.

What are the benefits?
When we care for our neighbors, we create an atmosphere of belonging where people feel valued and supported. By connecting residents through shared experiences and meaningful conversations, isolation decreases and friendships grow. As we engage the community through intentional acts of service, encouragement, and hospitality, we see hearts lifted, relationships strengthened, and lives transformed. The benefit is more than a friendly apartment complex—it’s a thriving, faith-filled community where people experience genuine love, peace, and purpose right where they live.

Cru - Boxes of Love
In partnership with Cru Ministries, Boxes of Love brings the Great Concern of Matthew 22:37–40 to life.
Loving God wholeheartedly and loving our neighbors as ourselves. Each box, filled with food and encouragement, becomes more than a gift of provision—it’s an expression of God’s love in action. As volunteers pack, pray over, and deliver these boxes to families in need, they demonstrate compassion that meets both physical and spiritual hunger. Through this partnership, communities experience the warmth of genuine care and the hope of Christ’s love, showing that faith is most powerful when it’s shared through service.

Fishing in the Park - FISH

The Fisher’s Men Ministry is devoted to fulfilling Christ’s call to become “fishers of men” by reaching the hearts of families through faith, fellowship, and community.

We FOCUS on Scripture and biblically sound stories that anchor our teaching in God’s Word.

We INSPIRE through dynamic guest speakers and powerful moments of praise and worship that renew faith and ignite purpose.

We SHARE testimonies of salvation, God’s character, and His goodness—reminding others that His grace still transforms lives today.
Finally, we HOOK families by engaging them in community-centered outreach, building relationships that reflect Christ’s love beyond the walls of the church.
Through every gathering, Fisher’s Men Ministry connects faith to action—drawing people closer to God and to one another.

THE GREAT COMMAND
Matthew 22:36-40
“Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?” Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”
It is through our various ministry oportunities that we live out the Great Commandment—“Love your neighbor as yourself” (Mark 12:31)—by turning everyday living into everyday ministry.
We intentionally care for others through genuine relationships, listening ears, and compassionate presence. We connect neighbors by creating spaces where friendship, encouragement, and belonging can flourish. We engage our community through acts of kindness, prayer, and service that reflect Christ’s love in practical ways.
In doing so, we bring the heart of the Gospel to where people live, helping residents experience God’s love through real connection and community.

The Great Commission
Matthew 28:18-20

Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Our ministry initiatives provide a living example of the Great Commission—“Go and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19)—by bringing the love and message of Christ into everyday community life.
We engage our communities where they are, building trust through care, hospitality, and authentic relationships. As conversations deepen, we share hope, pray with others, and invite them to explore faith in Jesus.

Through consistent presence and Christlike service, discipleship naturally begins—neighbors encouraging neighbors to grow in grace, truth, and purpose. In this way, ministry opportunities become a mission field where hearts are reached and lives are changed.

The Great concern
Matthew 20:37-40

“Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’ “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’

Our Ministry Opportunities fulfill the Great Concern found in Matthew 22:37–40 by helping our community live out God’s call to love Him completely and love others sincerely. We express our love for God through service, hospitality, and compassion, showing His character in every interaction.
We demonstrate love for our neighbors by being present—listening, encouraging, praying, and building meaningful connections that restore hope and trust. Every event, conversation, and act of kindness becomes an opportunity to reflect Christ’s love in action.
Through our ministries, the Great Concern moves from words on a page to a lifestyle of worship, relationship, and community transformation.
